| Winners will be restricted from recompeting in Shining Stars USA's photo contest for 45 days. Winning photos will not be allowed to recompete. |
| Shining Stars USA has very competent judges that have worked in both the entertainment industry and pageant industry. All judges' decisions are final. Shining Stars USA and its owners and employees are hereby released of any and all claims of damages of any kind resulting from your participation in this contest, including, but not limited to, lost, misdirected, or damaged photos or entries. By entering this contest, you will release the use of the photo to Shining Stars USA and its owners and employees for use on a website or any other promotional materials. Shining Stars USA reserves the right to combine age divisions with less than six contestants. Must have at least 6 contestants in entire contest to award one winner, otherwise contest deadline may be extended. All prizes are guaranteed and will be shipped within 3 working days of announcement of winners. |
